Refund/Cancellation policy
Refund Before Shipping
Orders can be refunded in full if cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, refunds are no longer possible.
COD Order Policy
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a Rs.49 part-prepaid confirmation, which is non-refundable if the order is rejected at the time of delivery.
Prepaid Order Rejection
For prepaid orders that are rejected at the time of delivery, a deduction of Rs.149 to Rs.299 will be applied based on order size, to cover shipping and handling costs.
Refund After Delivery

We offer a free replacement
Please raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos.
Returns, replacements or exchanges are not accepted if the product is in working condition and matches the specifications shown on our website.
For Free Gifts / Promotional Items
Free gifts are subject to availability and are provided as a complimentary promotional item. In case a free gift is out of stock or unavailable at the time of dispatch, it may not be included in the order.
Please note:
Free gifts have no monetary value and do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation. Non-availability of a free gift does not make the order eligible for a refund. The main product purchased remains unaffected by free gift availability.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are credited within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned product.
